Dear Mary:
We are making final preparations to prepare the First and
Final Account and Schedule of Distribution in captioned estate.
As you may remember, the Inheritance Tax Return indicates a
transfer in Schedule C; however, as there is no direction in the Will
regardjn;; payment of Inheritance Taxes, it is our position that the
transferee, Naomi Fishel, is responsible for these taxes. We have
previously advised the Department of Revenue of this matter, and we
are enclosing copy of that letter.
We feel that we have paid all of the Inheritance Tax, together
with interest tberp.on, that is due from the estate.
P1eClse advise if there is any furtheT requirement in this re-
gard prior to our filing such Account.
