As you May remember, the Inheritance Tax Petum indicates 1'\
transfer in Scheuule C; hO~lever, as tJlere is no direction in the Hill
regarding Tlayment of Inheritnnce Taxes, it is Ollr 110sition that the
transferee, Naomi Fishel, is responsible for these taxes. We have
previously advise,l tJle Department of Revenue of this matter, nnd we
are enclosing copy of that letter.
We feel that we h:we paid all of tJle Inheritance Tax, together
with interest thereon, that is dllO from tJle estate.
Please advise if t.l-tere is any further re'1uiremont in this re-
gard prior to our rHing such Accmmt.
