ORDER
AND NOW,
1980, upon consideration of the foregoing Petitio
of Commonwealth National Bank, Guardian of Jacob Henry Miller, an Incompetent, and on
motion of Fishman and Hess, attorneys for the Petitioner, it is hereby ordered and
decreed that the prayer thereof be granted and the Petitioner is hereby authorized and
empowered to use and expend principal of the estate of the incompetent as may be
necessary for the maintenance and care of the incompetent, payment of current debts,
and medical, nursing and hospital services that may be required for him as well as the
payment of the costs of this petition and reasonable attorney fees.

IN THE ESTATE OF JACOB H. MILLER, AN INCOMPETENT
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Commonwealth National Bank, guardian of the Estate of Jacob H.
Miller, an incompetent, respectfully represents:
1. By Order dated October 8, 1980, Your Honorable Court appointed Commonwealth
National Bank and Trust Company guardian of the Estate of Jacob H. Miller.
2. Mr. Miller is a guest at the Church of God Home, Inc.
3. The current monthly costs of maintaining Mr. Miller at the Church of God
Home, Inc., are approximately $1,500.00.
4. In addition to Mr. Miller's monthly expenses at the nursing home he has
outstanding debts as follows:

7. Petitioner currently holds income in the amount of $9.08 available for the
expenses of maintaining the incompetent and paying other current debts.
8. It is probable that the costs of maintaining Mr. Miller will increase and
that additional funds may be needed for medical, nursing and hospital services for him.
WHEREFORE, Your Petitioner prays for leave to expend principal of the incompentent1s
estate as may be necessary from time to time to supplement income from his estate for
payment of current debts and payment of the costs of maintaining the incompetent and
paying for medical, nursing and hospital services that may be required for him.
