AND NOW, October 11, 1978, in consideration of the
foregoing Petition, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the
sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents
($6,300.48) due JULIA L. LAMPE, a minor, be paid to ELEANOR LAMPE
as mother and natural guardian of the said minor, to be invested
in a Certificate of Deposit at WEST SHORE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOC-
IATION, maturing in six (6) months, bearing interest at the
current rate for such certificates based on the yield of certain
federal securities, and thereafter in a similar certificate as a
passbook account, subject to the restriction to be noted on the
record of the depository that no withdrawals be made therefrom
without Order of Court until JULIA L. LAMPE attains age eighteen
(18), and that evidence of the deposit, marked to indicate the
restriction, be promptly exhibited to the Court.
Further Ordered, that ELEANOR LAMPE, as mother and natural
guardian, be authorized to execute on behalf of said minor a
release of the Executor upon the making of said deposits.

PETITION FOR DISPOSITION OF SMALL ESTATE OF MINOR
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
respectfully represents:
1. Your Petitioner is the Trustee under Agreement with
AGNES G. LAMPE, late of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deceased.
2. Your Petitioner filed its First and Final Account, and
the same was duly confirmed by your Court on August 22, 1978,
with Statement of Distribution awarding the sum of Six Thousand
Two Hundred Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($6,200.48) due to

JULIA-L. LAMPE, a minor, aged fifteen (15) years, to her mother
and natural guardian, ELEANOR LAMPE, of 312 Sumner Avenue, New
Castle, Pennsylvania 16103.
3. Said award to said minor is pursuant to a trust estab-
lished by the named Decedent.
4. The net value of the real and personal estate of said
minor does not exceed the statutory limitation of a small estate
in which a guardian is unnecessary under Section 5101 of the
Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of Pennsylvania, to wit:
$10,000.00.
5. Your Petitioner suggests WEST SHORE SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, as depository for the account
of said minor.
6. Subsequent to said award, additional income of One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars has accrued to the account of said
minor.
WHEREFORE, Your Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court
direct that said fund of Six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and
