AND NOW, December I~, 1978, on motion of Myers, Myers,
Flower & Johnson, attorneys for the Trustee, it is ordered,
adjudged and decreed that the previous Order dated October 17,
1978, be amended to read as follows:
It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the sum of Six
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and forty-eight cents ($6,300.48)
due Julie L. Lampe, a minor, be paid to Eleanor Lampe as mother
and natural guardian of the said minor to be invested in a
Certificate of Deposit at West Shore Savings and Loan Asso-
cation maturing in four (4) years bearing interest at the
current rate of 7.5 per cent (7 1/2%) to the extent of Six
Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) and the balance in a passbook
savings account at said institution, subject to the restric-
tion to be noted on the record of the depository that no with-
drawals be made therefrom without Order of Court until Julie L.
Lampe attains age eighteen (18), and evidence of the deposit
marked to indicate the restriction be promptly exhibited to the
Court. Further be it ordered that Eleanor Lampe as mother and
natural guardian be authorized to execute on behalf of said
minor a Release of the Executor upon the making of said deposit.

MOTION FOR MODIFICATION OF COURT ORDER
AND NOW, December
, 1978, come Myers, Myers, Flower &
Johnson, attorneys for the Trustee in the foregoing Estate and
represent to the Court as follows:
1. On October 17, 1978, on Petition of the Trustee your
Honorable Court made an Order for the deposit of the sum of
Six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and forty-eight cents
($6,300.48) due Julie L. Lampe, a minor, to be paid to Eleanor
Lampe as mother and natural guardian and invested in a Certif-
cate of Deposit at West Shore Savings and Loan Association
maturing in six (6) months, subject to the restriction that
same shall not be withdrawn until the minor attains the age of
eighteen (18) years;
2. Certificates of the kind mentioned in the Order are
not available in amounts less than Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) ;
3. The Guardian has purchased a four (4) year Certificate
of Deposit bearing interest at 7.5 per cent (7 1/2%) in the
amount of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) and has established
a passbook account for the balance;
NOW, THEREFORE, said attorneys respectfully move the Court
to modify its said Order dated October 17, 1978, to direct the
investment as described herein.
