I, Emily Ayres Green, of the Borough of Carlisle, County
of Curnberland and state of Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and decl"tre tilis as and for In3' Last \'Iill and lestament, here-
byr'evoking and making void all ':!ills by me at any time he1'e-
tofore made.
1. I cUrect my hereinaftor named Executors to pay all
my just debts and flmeral expenses as soon after my decease
as f:.;g.y by them be found convenient to do so.
2. fhe balance of my estate, real and personal, I divide
into tno equal shares, one share of cn;ich I give, devise and
bequeath unto my son, ,Joseph 2. Green, his heirs and assigns,
and the other share I give, devise and bequeath unto my daugh-
ter "neanor Green Spencer, her heirs and assigns.
3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint m.y said son,
Joseph E. Green and my said daughter, 31eanor Green Spencer,
Executors of this :7ill.
