MUSSER aCME BUILDERS INCORPORATED, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
BARRY M. CICCOCIOPPO and AND~ M. CICCOCIOPPO, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertoo~
and agreed to erected and construct a single family dwelling
situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Whiskey Springs
Road, Boiling springs, PA 17007.
NOW 'l'HElUi:FORE, THIS AGJlEEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself Or themselves and its,
his or their: subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

BEGINNING at a pipe at Township Road T-518 at eorner oflands now or formerly of Paul
D. Pensinger; thenee along lands of said Pensinger, North 84 degrees 37 minutes 35 seeonds
East 90.75 feet to an existing pipe at corner of lands now or formerly of Jeffrey Elicker;
thenee along lands of the said Jeffrey Elieker and lands now or formerly of Henry Leese,
South 07 degrees 22 minutes 00 seeonds West 536.00 feet to a pipe set in existing stones at
eorner of lands now or formerly of Luther W. McCoy; thence along lands of the said Luther
W. MeCoy, North 52 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West 1480.43 feet to au existing post in
stones at corner of lands now or formerly of Rhae B. Otto, et al.; thenee along lands now or
formerly of the said Rhae B. Otto, Sareh B. Shulth and Nelle Brymesser, South 79 degrees
37 minutes 30 seeonds East 526.52 feet to an existing iron post in stones; thenee eontinuing
along lands now or formerly of Rhae B. Otto, et a\., South 65 degrees 00 minutes 00 seeonds
East 692.61 feet to a pipe at Township Road T-518, the plaee of BEGINNING.
Said deseription being in aceordance with survey of Stephen G. Fisher, R.S., dated July 1,
