BURGETT, of Boiling Springs, South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills heretofore made by me. FIRST - I direct myhereinafter named executor to pay all of my just debts, hospital and doctor bills, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as it may conveniently be done after my decease. SECOND - I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever the same may be situated to my husband, Walter E. Burgett, absolutely. THIRD - In the event that my husband, Walter E. Burgett, shall predeceas me, we should both die in a common disaster or he should fail to survive me by sixty days, Igive, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my two daughters, Mary G. Smith and Pearl M. Brymesser, share and share alike, with the issue of any deceased child taking his, her or their parents share per stirpes. LASTLY, I name, constitute and appoint my husband, Walter E. Burgett, as and for the executor of this my Last Will and Testament and should he fail or refuse to act as such for any reason, I appoint my two daughters, Mary G. Smith and Pearl M.
