LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
GRACE I. DONLEY
I, GRACE . DONLEY, widow, of West Pennsboro Township, (R. D. # 4.
Carlisle). Cu berland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memor and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this
as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any
and all Wills y me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direc my hereinafter named Executrix to pay all of my just debts and
funeral expen es as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so.
2. All the rest. residue and remainder of my estate. real, personal and
mixed. and w eresoever the same may be situate. I give. devise and bequeath
to my daughte . Holly Lee Donley born March 16. 1957. her heirs and assigns
provided my s id daughter, Holly Lee Donley, shall survive me by a period
of Ninety (90) but should she fail to survive me by the aforesaid period
of Ninety (90) then to her issue per stirpes.
3. Should y said daughter. Holly Lee Donley, pre-decease me ai-fail to
survive me b the aforesaid period of Ninety (90) days. and should my said
daughter not survived by any issue, then all the rest. residue and
remainder of y estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the
same may be ituate, I give, devise and bequeath to my mother. Hester A.
Cohick. but s ould she pre-deceased me, then in equal shares to my Five (5)
brothers and hree (3) sisters.
4. Should ny person less than 21 years of age share in my estate, I
nominate, co titute and appoint Farmers Trust Company. and its successors
1 West High S reet, Carlisle. Pennsylvania, as Guardian of the estate of such
minor person nd I authorizecllnd direct said Guardian to invest the same and
to pay so muc of the income arising therefrom together with so much of the
together with ny undistributed income to such person.
5. Should y said daughter, Holly Lee Donley, be less than 21 years of
age, I nomina e, constitute and appoint my sister, Mrs. Harriet Herr, of
132 West Par Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as Guardian of her person.
6. I hereb nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Holly Lee
Donley, as E ecutrilX: of this my last Will and Testament but should she fail
of her or its ties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other
