STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Wallace A. Longton and Cecile M. Longton, (OWNERS), are about to
execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with GP Design, Inc, (CONTRACTOR),
for the execution of a professional medical office situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described on the
attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration
of tbe making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any Subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or
workmen or any person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THA T CERTAIN parcel of land known as Lot No. 3B-2 on a Land
Subdivision I Development for Walnut Bottom Medical Center Lot No's. 38-1 & 3B-
2 as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 87, Page 147, situated in South
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being
further bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin located on the northern right-of-way line of
Sprint Drive (T-468) at a common corner of land now or formerly of Carlisle HMA,
Inc.; thence along land now or formerly of Carlisle HMA, Inc. North 61 degrees 40
minutes 07 seconds East, a distance of 265.10 feet to an iron pin; thence along land
now or formerly of Lot 3B-1 of the above referenced Subdivision I Development
plan South 33 degrees 34 minutes 22 seconds East, a distance of 111.74 feet to an
iron pin; thence along the same North 56 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds East, a
distance of 25.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along the same South 33 degrees 34
minutes 22 seconds East, a distance of 97.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along the
same North 56 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 5.00 feet to an iron
pin; thence along the same South 33 degrees 34 minutes 22 seconds East, a distance
of 56.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along the same South 56 degrees 25 minutes 38
seconds West, a distance of 160.85 feet to an iron pin; thence along the same with a
curve to the right having the following characteristics; a radius of 24.00 feet, an arc
length of 15.14 feet, a chord bearing of South 74 degrees 29 minutes 42 seconds
West, a chord length of 14.89 feet to an iron pin; thence along the northern right-of-

distance of 28.65 feet to an iron pin; thence along the same with a curve to the left
having the following characteristics; a radius of 330.00 feet, an arc length of 259.14
feet, a chord bearing of North 56 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds West, a chord
length of 252.53 feet to an iron pin; thence along the same North 78 degrees 33
minutes 57 seconds West, a distance of 31.63 feet to an iron pin; which is the point
and place of BEGINNING.
