described in Cumberland County Deed Book 213, Page No. 954, et sue.

96-A-10 and 99-A-19. This lien is filed in strict compliance with said Resolutions, and the Municipal
Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seg.
