First and Final Account of Phyllis J. Lebo, dministratrix of
the
Estate of Kathryn C. McLaughlin, late of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, having been duly filed and
confirmed by the Court, and the Proposed Schedule of Distribution
distributing to Phyllis J. Lebo the real estate located at
335 East Louther Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
in kind, having been approved, it is ordered, adjudged and
decreed that the following described real estate is hereby
awarded to Phyllis J. Lebo, her heirs and assigns:
ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the First Ward
of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North side of East Louther
Street at the dividing line between Nos. 333 and 335 East
Louther Street; thence by said dividing line in a northerly
direction 120.4 feet to the south side of an alley; thence
by said alley in an easterly direction 38.4 feet to a point
at lands now or formerly of James Porter; thence by said lands now
or formerly of James Porter in a southerly direction 120.4 feet
to the north side of East Louther Street; thence by the north
side of East Louther Street in a westerly direction 39.6 feet to
the point of beginning. Being improved with the eastern one-half
of a two story double brick house known and numbered as 335 East
Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Being the same conveyed to Harry W. and Kathryn C. McLaughlin,
his wife, by deed of The Frog, Switch & Manufacturing Company,
dated June 3, 1950 same being recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in
Deed Book "L", Volume 14, Page 1. Harry W. McLaughlin died
January 12, 1963.
The Recorder of Deeds is directed to record this Order among

same in the grantor index against the name of Kathryn C. McLaughlin,
and in the grantee index under the name of Phyllis J. Lebo.
