AND NOW, February 27, 1979, upon consideration of the
foregoing petition, Joseph M. Morrison, Administrator of the
Estate of Chloe E. Andrews, deceased, upon posting with the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County an additional bond in the
amount of $64,000.00, is authorized to receive the net proceeds
from the sale of real estate owned by the decedent estate at
R. D. #2, West Pennsboro Township, Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and as more fully described in Deed Book "R", Vol.
20, page 424, Cumberland County Records.

TO RECEIVE PROCEEDS OF SALE UPON FILING ADDITIONAL BOND
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of JOSEPH M. MORRISON, Administrator of the Estate of
CHLOE E. ANDREWS, deceased, respectfully presents:
1. He is the Administrator of the Estate of CHLOE E. ANDREWS, who
died February 4, 1978, a resident of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
2. The Petitioner resides at RD # 1, Box 4, Marysville, Pennsylvania.
3. On March 10, 1978, Letters of Administration were granted by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County to Petitioner.
4. On March 10, 1978, the Petitioner filed with the Register a bond
in the amount of $20,000 with Insurance Company of North America as surety.
5. Among the assets of said decedent is a certain parcel of real
estate, known as RD # 2, West Pennsboro Township, Newville, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as more fully described in Deed Book "R ", Vol. 20,
Page 424, Cumberland County records.
6. The real estate mentioned in Paragraph 5 was unencumbered at the
date of decedent's death.
7. The real estate was appraised by Simons & Associates, 36 S. Pitt
Street, Carlisle, PA, with a Fair Market Value as of March 30, 1978 of
TWEIDY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($24,500.00).
8. The Administrator and his mother, EDNA M. MORRISON, as sole heir
under the Will of CHLOE E. ANDREWS entered into a sales agreement to sell
said premises on an installment sales contract for $32,000, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof and labeled EXHIBIT "A".

The Petitioner has secured an additional bond, a copy of which is
proceeds of the real estate described herein.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requesiB the Court, pursuant to the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972, 20 Pa.S.
g3351, to approve the
additional security in order that he may recieve the proceeds from the sale
