I I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to The First United Presbyterian Church of Newville Pennsylvania. II I glve, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, to my daughter, Harriett P. Brenneman, if living, otherwise to my son-in-law, John E. Brenneman, absolutely and in fee simple. III I appoint as executrix of this will my daughter, I Harriett P. Brenneman, and if for any reason she shall fail to qUalifr or cease to act as such during the administration of my estate, I appoint as substituted executor my son-in-law, John E. Brenneman.
