STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Accountant proposes to distribute the balance remalnlng, con-
sisting solely 01 real estate at 109 Big Spring Avenue, Newville,
appraised at $35,000.00 in accordance with the Par. II of dece-
dent's will, to Harriett P. Brenneman as sole beneficiary, with
title to be taken in the names of Harriett P. Brenneman and John
E. Brenneman, her husband, as tenants by the entireties:

County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke all
wills which I have previously made.
I I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars to The First United Presbyterian Church of Newville
I, IRENE D. PIPER, of the Borough of Newville, Cumberland
Pennsylvania.
II I glve, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, real and personal, to my daughter,
Harriett P. Brenneman, if living, otherwise to my son-in-law, John
E. Brenneman, absolutely and in fee simple.
III I appoint as executrix of this will my daughter,
Harriett P. Brenneman, and if for any reason she shall fail to qualif
or cease to act as such during the administration of my estate, I
appoint as substituted executor my son-in-law, John E. Brenneman.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
