I, Susan I. Sackman, of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,

1. I direct my Executrix to pay the expenses of my funeral and last
illness as soon as convenient after my death.
2. I order and direct my Executrix hereinaj'ter named to sell all the
rest, residue and remainder of my real and personal property at either public or
private sale and convert the Same into cash; the net proceeds derived therefrom to
be divided into two equal parts or shares:_
~. One part or share thereof I give and bequeath to my daughter,
Helen I. Rf"ines.
B. The remaining part or share thereof, I give and beCjueath to my
daughter, Betty M. Rehn.
3. I appoint my daughter, Helen I. Haines, Executrix of this Will.
Should she, for any reason, fail to qualify, or cease to act as such, I appoint my
daughter, Betty M. hehn, Executrix of this Will.
