annexed petition, it is hereby ordered as follows:
(1) Mary Ilene Leibensperger is appointed Guardian of the Estate of CavefM.
Leibensperger, a minor, for the purpose of executing and delivering as Guardian of the
Estate of Cavet M. Leibensperger a deed conveying the real estate known as 75 Nittany
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania for the consideration of $134,900.00, thereby
conveying the full title of Cavet M. Leibensperger in the same pursuant to the Probate,
Estates, and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa.C.S. Section 5154.
(2) The disbursing agent for the real estate is authorized to issue a check for
one-half of the net proceeds of sale payable to "Mary Ilene Leibensperger, Guardian of
the Estate of Cavet M. Leibensperger."
(3) Mary Ilene Leibensperger shall deposit these net proceeds in a savings
account in the name of CAVET M. LEIBENSPERGER, BORN MAY 10, 1992, in a
federally insured financial institution. Said account shall state: NO FUNDS MAY BE
WITHDRAWN FROM THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT COURT APPROVAL UNTIL SUCH
TIME AS CAVET M. LEIBENSPERGER ATTAINS THE AGE OF MAJORITY. A
petition may be filed in court if funds are necessary to pay any federal and state income
taxes owed by Cavet M. Leibensperger as a result of the sale.
(4) A certified copy of this order shalf be delivered to the financial institution with
the net proceeds check.
(5) A certified copy of this order shall be served on Mark C. Duffie, Esquire, 301
Market Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, as disbursing agent for the real estate
transaction prior to the time scheduled for final settlement on the real estate transaction.
(6) No bond shall be required to be posted by Mary Ilene Leibensperger to
secure her performance as Guardian of the Estate of Cavet M. Leibensperger.
(7) Robert G. Frey, Esquire, shall file with the Prothonotary, with a copy
forwarded to this chambers, proof of compliance with this order.
