I, BETTY A. SANDBERG, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking and making
void any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my
Executrix hereinafter named.
2. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred Fifty
($250.00) Dollars to St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church,
New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
3. I give and bequeath unto each of my grandchildren
living at the time of my death the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars, and I appoint the mother of each who is a minor at
my death the guardian of the estate of the minor with respect
thereto, without bond.
4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughters, LINDA ANNE
PARK and PENELOPE SUSAN WELTMER, share and share alike.
5. I name, constitute and appoint my daughter, PENELOPE
SUSAN WELTMER, to be the Executrix of this, my Will.
