AND NOW, this 31 st day of May, 2005, upon consideration of the pro se "Petition
of Marilyn Gerber To Extend the Filing of Exceptions of the Auditor's Report by 30
days, and Petitioner having divested the Court of jurisdiction by appealing to the
Pennsylvania Superior Court from the Order of Court dated April 25, 2005, entered in
accordance with the Auditor's Report and Recommendations in the absence of timely
exceptions thereto, the petition will not be granted.
