Suggestion is made, that the balance in bands of Accountant for
Distrih11tion, to wit, the sum of $57,645.58, be made fartly in Kind
and partly in Cash in accordance with items "2" and "3" of decedent's
Last Will and Testament, in which under item "2" of her Will she
devises her House and Lot of Ground located at 123 ~ast Keller ~treet,
I"1echanicsburg, Pennsylvania, to Brady Fultz and l~arGaret Fultz, his wife,
and by item "3" of her loJill bequeaths her entire residuary estate to
her nephew PichaI'd L. Foose, Sr. and to his wife, Hiriam A. Foose, and
therefore Distribution is proposed as follows:

feet to the corner of Hace Street; thence along
said Race Street, NorthHard, 129.0 feet to a public
Alley; thence along said Alley, Westward, 60.55
feet to Lot No. 12 as shown on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said Lot No.
12, Southward, 128.8 feet to the place of
