STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
REASONS FOR DISTRIBUTION
The Reverend Stephen J. Hribick died testate on February 23, 1978.
He devised and bequeathed his entire estate as follows:
(A) To Emma Hribick, his mother, the proceeds of certain life
insurance policies, the balance in checking account at
death, gold reclining chair and chalice.
(B) To Joseph Hribick, his brother, a 1970 Chrysler New Yorker
Sedan, wrist watches, clothing, shoes and guns.
(C) To Dr. M. T. Burke, miscellaneous personal effects and
furniture per Will, Steuben glassware, securities and
mutual funds, 1971 Cadillac Sedan.
(D) $500.00 for Masses to be set at places selected by his
Executor.
(E) His share of the Estate of Emma Hribick to be divided
equally between Mary Pope, his niece, and Kevin Hribick,
his nephew.
(F) Residue to Dr. M. T. Burke.
Emma Hribick predeceased the Testator, having died on November 27,
1977. At the date of his death, Testator did not have the life insurance
pOlicies as mentioned in his Will and, further, no specific provision was
made concerning those personal items bequeathed to Emma Hribick.
The following items have been distributed to certain beneficiaries,
pursuant to the above.
(1) Joseph Hribick
1970 Chrysler New Yorker Sedan, wrist watches,
clothing, shoes and guns.

Miscellaneous personal effects and furniture
per Will, Steuben glassware, and a 1971
Cadillac Sedan.

Wills. Codicils and writings of testamentary nature made prior to this.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses,
administration expenses, inheritance taxes and all other obligations of

my estate shall be paid as soon as practicable after my decease. Adminis-
trative expenses, taxes and other obligations of my estate, together with
the FIVE HUNDl':ED DOLLAR (.$500.00) pecuniary bequest mentioned below,
to the extent such items are not paid for by my Diocese, shall be paid first
from my checking account balance and thereafter from the proceeds of my
life insurance.
SECOND: The balance of my life insurance proceeds not con-
sumed for expenses shall be given to my mother, MRS. GEORGE HRlBICK.
SR., of Branchdale. Pennsylvania, as named beneficiary and if any such

policies do not contain her name, this clause shall serve as a designation
or change of beneficiary to her. If my mother shall fail to survive me. the
proceeds of such insurance shall be divided equally among my brothers and

jointly with her, the contents of the safety deposit box held jointly

Plot."
