LONG, of the city of Harrisburg, Dauphin county, Pennsylvania, decla~e this to be my Last Will and revoke any Will previously made by me. ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker, shall be paid from my residuary estate, as soon as practicable after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate to my husband, ROY S. LONG, providing he shall survive me by thirty days. ITEM III. Should my husband predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate to DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY, IN TRUST, for the following uses and purposes: A. To hold said funds for the benefit of my children under the age of twenty-one and pay so much of the income and principal thereof to or on behalf Of such children for their welfare, com- fort, support and education. ~ ~ _Y' _~;- A/KIA f~~_J 7?1 ~ '/ :152 . . ..' .' B. When I have no living children under the age of twenty-one, Trustee shall divide the then remaining principal and any undistributed income into as many equal shares as I have children then living and pay one such share to each such child of mine then living. ITEM IV. All principal and income shall, until actual dis- tribution to the beneficiary, be free of the debts, contracts, aliena- tions and anticipations of any beneficiary and the same shall not be liable to any levy, attachment, execution or sequestration while in the hands of my Executor or my Trustee. ITEM V. Any real estate, inheritance, succession or other death taxes which may be assessed against the assets of my estate, or any other estate which may be added to ~-he principal of this trust, as well as all administration expenses of my estate or of any other estate which may be added to the principal of this trust, may be paid at the Trustee's discretion out of the assets of this trust. ITEM VI. I appoint DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY guardian of any property which passes, either under this Will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this appoint- ment of a guardian shall not apply to property distributable under this a.v..'?- ,,<t : - ", A/K/A -" . ~~ ~......- - - "" ~., .~ 353 -2- ". .. . Such guarcian shall have the power to use principal as well as .income from time to time for the minor's support and education (including, college education, both gradu- ate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor. ITEM VII. I appoint my husband, ROY S. LONG, Executor of this my Last Will. Should my husband fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I appoint my son, DAVID E.
