HOOVER, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executrix or Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate. SECOND: I make the following charitable bequest: A. 1 give the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to the J. HERMAN BOSLER MEMORIAL LIBRARY, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania; B. I give the sum of Two Thousand ($2.000.00) Dollars to the CUMBERLAND-GOODWILL FIRE COMPANY, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and C. J give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to the KEYSTONE AREA COUNCIL OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA, of P. O. Box 389, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath to M & T BANK, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, or its successor, in Trust nevertheless, to invest and reinvest and pay the income in equal shares to my cousins in equal shares: A. YVONNE B. CARPER, of 322 North College Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013; B. KENNETH R. MILLER, of 1346 Eleventh Street, Marion, Iowa 52302; C. SANDRA M. HUNTER, of 7633 East 600 South, Huntsville, Utah 84317; and D. PATRICIA MILLER PORR, of 12824 South Navajo Drive, Olathe, Kansas 66062. Upon the death of one of the beneficiaries, the income shall be divided among the remaining beneficiaries until the death of the last of them. Upon the death of the last of the foregoing beneficiaries, the Trust shall terminate and the principal of the Trust and any undistributed income shall be paid to the FIRST EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, of the Borough of Carlisle and its vicinity. LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint M & T BANK, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
