B. Shipe, deceased, may receive the proceeds from the sale of the
premises at 304 11th Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as more fully described in the attached Petition,
and the filing of additional security is hereby waived.

PETITION OF ADHINISTRATOR UNDER SECTION 3351
OF THE PENNSYLVANIA PROBATE, ESTATES, AND FIDUCIARIES
CODE OF 1972
1.
Your petitioner, JON F. LaFAVER, presents this petition
I under Section 3351 of the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and
Ii Fiduciaries Code of 1972, to set additional security and requests
: authority to receive the proceeds from the sale of real estate as
hereinafter set out.
2.
On February 14, 1978 Agnes B. Shipe, deceased, herein-
after called decedent, died intestate domiciled at 304 11th Street
New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3.
On March 16, 1978 your petitioner applied for and was
granted Letters of Administration in the Estate of Agnes B.
Shipe. The Letters were granted pursuant to a Renunciation and
Request siened by all the heirs at law of Agnes B. Shipe.

I located in New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
ILot No. 60 on the Plan of Elkwood as recorded in the Cumberland

I County Recorder's Office in Deed Book "M", Volume 5, Page 498.

Your petitioner has this day paid to the Register of
Wills one thousand three hundred seventy-five ($1,375.00) dollars,
on account of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax, which payment is
calculated to be within one hundred (100.00) dollars of the total
amount of tax which will be due.
6.
The gross taxable estate of the decedent will amount
, to twenty-four thousand ($24,000.00) dollars, more or less,
including the real estate hereinbefore described.

Your petitioner knows of no unpaid creditors of the
estate. The funeral expenses have been paid.

On tlarch 16, 1978 your petitioner filed with the Registe1
of Wills a Bond in the amount of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars, J
which is considerably in excess of the value of all of the personat
property in the estate. I

On April 4, 1978 all of the heirs of the estate agreed
to sell the aforesaid real estate to Elizabeth M. Goodyear for a
gross price of twenty-eight thousand five hundred ($28,500.00)
dollars.

All of the heirs executed the Deed for the conveyance
the said real estate and your petitioner joined in said convey-
ance.

The net proceeds from the said sale are to go to the
heirs of Agnes B. Shipe.

The attorney for the purchaser of the property has
required that we obtain an Order from your Honorable Court either
fixing additional security or waiving such additional security.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests your Honorable
Court pursuant to Section 3351 of the Pennsylvania Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972, to set the additional
security which shall be filed by the petitioner before he may
receive the proceeds from the sale of the real estate described
herein, or to waive the filing of ~~ditional security.
