I, :~ry Jane Leib, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
make this my Will and revoke any wills or codicils to wills by
me heretofore made.
1., I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my husband,
John Earl Leib, If he is living thirty (30) days after my death;
otherwise I give $5,000.00 to the First Church of God of North
iCJiddleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania or its successor
and I give, devise, and bequeath the balance of my estate to my
son, Dean Earl Leib.
2. I appoint Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania
guardian of any property which passes, either under this Will or
otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized
to appoint a quardian and have not otherwise specifically done so.
Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as will as
income from time to time for the minor's support and education
(including college education, both graduate and undergraduate)
without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such
support and education, or, to make payment for these purposes,
without further responsibility, to the minor's parent, the minor,
or to any person taking care of the minor. A minor, as used
herein is one under the age of twenty-one(2l) years.
3. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid by my personal representative as an expense
of the administration of my estate.
4. The expenses involved in my last illness and burial, and
erection of a suitable grave marker shall be paid by my executor
out of my estate as obligations of my estate.
5. I appoint my husband, John Earl Leib, executor to settle
my estate. If he fails to qualify or ceases to act as such, I
appoint my son, Dean Earl Leib, executor to settle same. If neither
of them survive me I appoint Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, executor to settle my estate. My executors shall
serve without the necessity of filing bond, and I direct that the
services of l\larion R. Lower, Attorney at Law of Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
be used in the settlement of my estate.
