ITEM I. I hereby order and direct that my remains be interred at the Dauphin Cemetary, Dauphin, Pennsylvania. ITEM II. I hereby order and direct my Executor, named hereinafter, to payout of my estate the cost of the administrntion thereof, my funeral expenses, including my grave marker, any expenses which may have resulted from my last illness, and all of my other just debts as soon as practicable after my death. ITEM III. All estate, inheritance, transfer, legacy, succession, and other death taxes of any nature, payable by reason of my death, which may be assessed or imposed upon or with respect to property passing under this Will or property not passing under this Will, shall be paid out of my estate as an expense of the administration, and no part of sa~d taxes shall be apportioned or prorated to any legatee or devisee under this Will or any person owning or receiving any property not passing under this Will. 371 ITEM IV. I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter, GRACE E. McCURDY of st. Petersburg, Florida, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five and 00/100 ($125.00) Dollars providing that she survives me. In the event that my daughter, GRACE E. McCURDY does not survive me, then this gift shall lapse and the amount thereof shall become part of the residue of my estate. ITEM V. I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter, BERTHA M. WILLIAMS of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five and 00/100 ($125.00) Dollars providing that she survives me. In the event that my daughter, BERTHA M. WILLIAMS does not survive me, then I hereby give and bequeath the amount of this gift unto her son, STANTON M. WILLIAMS. ITEM VI. I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter, ADA J. LANKFORD of Summerdale, Pennsylvania, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five and 00/100 ($125.00) Dollars providing that she survives me. In the event that my daughter, ADA J. LANKFORD does not survive me, then this gift shall lapse and the amount thereof shall become part of the residue of my estate. ITEM VII. I hereby give and bequeath unto my brother, ARTHUR L. SHOOP of Highspire, Pennsylvania the sum of One Hundred and 00/100 ($100.00) Dollars providing that he survives me. In the event that my brother, ARTHUR L. SHOOP does not survive me, then this gift shall lapse and the amount thereof shall become part of the residue of my estate. ITEM VIII. I hereby give and bequeath unto FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, its successors and assigns, the sum of Fifty and 00/100 ($50.00) Dollars. ITEM IX. I hereby give and bequeath unto BIBLE CHAPEL of 5503 Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, its successors and assigns, the sum of Fifty and 00/100 ($50.00) Dollars. 372 ITEM X. I hereby give and bequeath unto my four children, GRACE E. McCURDY, BERTHA M. WILLIAMS, ADA J. LANKFORD and JOSEPH M. WINEMILLER in equal shares and in spec',ie, all of my antiques. ITEM XI. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real, personal and mixed, of whatever nature and wherever situate, unto my son, JOSEPH M. WINEMILLER of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. ITEM XII. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, JOSEPH M. WINEMILLER, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that my son, JOSEPH M. WINEMILLER does not survive me, or for any reason fails to qualify as Executor, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, ADA J.
