WINEMILLER, Deceased Late of the Borough of New Cumberland STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION Sur First and Final Account Jf Joseph M. Winemiller, Executor The Statement of Proposed Distribution of Joseph M. Winemiller, Executor, respectfully represents that: 1. The Decedent died on February 4, 1978, Testate, and at that time was domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsyl- vania and resided at 721 West 15th Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070. 2. Letters Testamentary on her Estate were granted March 17, 1978, to the Executor without bond being required. A copy of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 3. Complete advertisement of the grant of Letters Testamentary was made in the Metro West Edition of The Patriot and in the Cumberland Law Journal, the first publication having been made on April 12, 1978, and on April 14, 1978, respectively more than six (6) months before the filing of the First and Final Account. Proofs of publication are attached hereto and marked , Exhibit "B-1" and Exhibit "B- 2" . i I II ! Since the filing of the First and Final Account has been received and no additional disbursements have been made. 6. The family exemption of Two Thousand and No/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars was claimed by Joseph M. Winemiller out of funds on deposit at C.C.N.B. Bank, N.A. 7. Accountant has given written notice of the filing of the First and Final Account and of the call thereof for audit or confirmation to every person or organization of whom or which Accountant has notice or knowledge who or which claims an interes in the Estate as beneficiary or next of kin, there being no unpaid creditor who has given written notice of his claim to Iii" Accountant. 8. A copy of the First and Final Account has not been filed with the Department of Revenue of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the reason that no notice to the Commonwealt of Pennsylvania is required with respect to any pecuniary Ii , legacy to a charity in the amount of Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00) Dollars or less which has been or will be paid in full, and by reason of the fact that Decedent was not at any time a resident of any state institution. 9.
