HECKERT, JR., of Hampden Township, Cwnberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at anytime heretofore made. 1. I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practicable after my death by my Executor hereinafter named. 2. I give and bequeath to my neighbor, Edith Myers, 6 Stone Spring Lane, Hampden Township, Cwnberland County, Pennsylvania, any and all of my household contents and household furnishings of her choice. 3. I give and bequeath to my neighbor, Elmer Myers, 6 Stone Spring Lane, Hampden Township, Cwnberland County, Pennsylvania, all my mowers, including my tractor mower, my power tools, and the automobile which I own at the time of my death. 4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath to St. Timothy Lutheran Church, Hampden Township, Cwnberland County, Pennsylvania. 5. I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes, if any are due, be paid out of the residue of my estate. 6. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint E.
