I I give and bequeath to my grand-niece, Beverly A. '7 Pensinger, my 196~ Valiant automobile and such articles of household furnishings and furniture as she shall select, and any articles not so selected shall be sold by my executor hereinafter named and the proceeds added to my residuary estate. II I direct my executor to sell at either public or private sale my real estate situate in Lower Mifflin Township and to add the proceeds to my residuary estate. III I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to my grand grand-niece, Tanya A. Wagner, abso- lutely. IV I appoint the First National Bank of Newville as guardian of the estate of any beneficiary under this will not of full legal age at the time of my decease. V I give and bequeath the residue of my estate in equal shares to my husband, Kenneth J. Adams, Sr., if living, other- wise to lapse, and my grand-niece, Beverly A. Pensinger, if living, and if deceased to her surviving issue per stirpes.
