Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code, it
is ordered that $378.24 from Decedent's account #61-345418-5-0460
at National Central Bank be paid to Doris I. Levine; that Doris I.
Levine is authorized to transfer certificate #U542 (50 shares
common) and #U3122 (12 shares common) of the common stock of
Sitkin Smelting & Refining, Inc. to Doris I. Levine; that the
costs of administration be paid; and that payment of the following
debts of the estate is approved:

TO THE HONORABLE DALE F. SHUGHART, THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of DORIS I. LEVINE respectfully represents:
1. IRENE M. UMBRELLO died intestate on December 28,
1977, a resident of 1557 Locust Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, 17070. See Exhibit "A".
2. I, DORIS I. LEVINE, 1557 Locust Street, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, 17070, daughter of the Decedent and the Petitioner
herein formed a part of the Decedent's household at the time of
her death.
3. The Decedent died intestate. Letters of Administration
have not been granted.
4. The person entitled to share in the estate of the
Decedent under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
is DORIS I. LEVINE, only daughter of the deceased.
5. The Decedent died owning no real property, but
owing the following items of personal property:
National Central Bank $378.24
(Account #61-345418-55-0460)
62 shares common stock of 77.50
Sitkin, Smelting & Refining, Inc.
Blue Cross refund premium 28.05
TOTAL $483.79

6. Decedent owned various savings accounts jointly with
Doris I. Levine totalling $30,173.76 which passed by operation of
law to Doris I. Levine, from which all debts of the estate have
been paid.
7. No disbursements have been made prior to filing of
this Petition.
8. The following claims existed against the said estate
and have been paid:

as aforesaid. Two hundred fifty five ($255.00) dollars of the
funeral bill was paid by the Social Security Administration.
9. A Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax in the amount of $556.42
has been paid. The costs of filing this Petition and the R.C.R.I.
form total $45.00.
10. Ten days written notice of the intention to present
this petition is not required.
