ViII and Testament
I. Stella ~ae Grubb. of llew Cumberland, in the CO'lDty of
Cumberland and the State ot Pennsylvania. being of sound mind. memorY'
and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament,
hereby reVOking and making all former wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
And first, I direct that my funeral be conducted in manner
corresponding with my estate and situation in life and that all my just
debts and tuneral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I
dispose of the same as follows,

1. I herebY' instruct my Executor to hold the sum of twenty
five dollars (5 25.00 ) for a period of one (1) year atter
my Death, to be paid to my Son, Palmer S. Batdorf upon his
claim for same. If no claim is made by him within the stated
time, then my Executor shall not be~bound for payment of
said moneY'.
2. I hereby instruct my Executor to give, free, my 1950
Oldsmobile, bearing Pennsylvania registration number
F06 955, Nanuf'acturer number 508\.[17364, Title number
B8408293, to Thomas Beil, 312 South Broad Street,
Nechanicsburg, Penna.
3. I hereby instruct my Executor to give the sum of five
hundred dollors ( $ 500.00 ) to Thomas Beil, 312 South
Broad Street, r'1echanicsburg, Penna.
4. I hereby bequest all the rest of my wordly possessions
to my Niece, Mae Alvesta Klinger, 1835 North Street,
Hqrrisburs, Penna., to have and to hold or dispose all or
part as she sees fit to so do.
I hereby nominate and appoint my Niece, Hae Alvesta Klinger,
