LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
L, ElMIN L. NEIDIGH, of the Borough of Newville, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my last will and
testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
1. I authorize and empoWllr my step-daughter, Mary Frances Swartz
to act as executrix of my estate without bond.
2. I request that expenses incurred by my death to be paid and
any other debts which have accrued against me while living to be paid.
3. I bllqueath to my granddaughtertl,namely, Diane Elizabeth Swartz,
and Lori Anne Swartz a slim of three hundred dollars (300.00) each, if
living at the time of my death.
4. I bequeath to my son-in-law, Paul Swartz, the follOWing personal
property as follows, my automobiles, my clothes, my jewelry, and my guns.
5. To my step-daughter, Mary Frances Swartz, I bequeath the remainder
of my estate consisting of personal prqerty, furniture, house and lot, bonds,
and benefits fuom insurance policies. She shall have the oll:l:ion to retain or
sell all tangible items if neceassry to satiSfy any part of the above bequests.
6. If the real property is sold either privately or publicly, that she
will give good and sufficient deeds therefor as I could if living.
