LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANK. E. WIERMAN, SR. ,
and C. RUTH WIERMAN
We, FRANK E. WIERMAN, SR., and C. RUTH WIERMAN, husband
and wife, of North Middleton Township, Cumberlend County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make and publish this instrument of writing as and for our Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by us at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST - In the event of the decease of either of us, the survivor shall
come into full control, charge and ownership of all property, real and per-
sonal, and shall be disposed of as the survivor may see fit.
SECOND - Should death come to the both of us at the same time, or
should our decease result from the same accident, then in that event we
order and direct that all of our assets be divided into five (5) equal shares
and distributed as follows:
One (1 ) share to our son, FRANK E. WIERMAN.
One (1 ) sh"re to our granddaughter, BARBARA WIERMAN.
One (1 ) share to our grandson" FRANK E. WIERMAN, JR.
One (1) share to our grandson, ROBERT WIERMAN.
One (1 ) share to our granddaughter, KATHRYN WIERMAN.
THIRD - The Executor, in the event of the decease of either one of us
shall be the survivor; otherwise our son, FRANK E. WIERMAN, shall be
the Executor.
