: STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made and concluded this 31$"1 day of May, 2005,
between Brett E. Weiser and Donna M. Weiser, of 11 Dogwood Drive, Newville,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17241 party of the first part (hereinafter called
Owner), and Bruce Dunlavy, of P.O. Box 23 Boiling Springs, cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, party of the second part (hereinafter called Contractor).
WEHREAS, the said parties have by a duly executed Agreement under seal, dated
January, 2005 entered into a written contract for the construction and completion of a
single-family dwelling located at Lot No.1, Ridge Road, Cooke Township, Gardners,
Pennsylvania.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by
the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on tlJe said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making ofthe said contract with
Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor,
or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
