AND NOW, this 2nd day of June, 2005, after hearing,
the court being satisfied that Carl S. Barker, II, is an
incapacitated person, he is thus adjudged. Beverly A.
Rohrbaugh is herewith appointed the plenary guardian of the
person of Carl S. Barker, II.
