DISCLAIMER
We, Robert J. Musser and Marian 1. Musser, hereby declare that we are the Grantors of
The Musser Charitable Remainder Unitrust (the"Trust") dated February, 25, 1998. Pursuant to
Section 1.2 of the Trust, we are entitled to receive unitrust payments as described in Section 1.4
of the Trust. It is our intention to Disclaim the right to receive the "unitrust amount" with
respect to a fraction of the total principal of the Trust as of the date stipulated in this Disclaimer.
Our intention is that the fractional amount of the principal which we disclaim will be given by
the Trustee to the Brethren in Christ Foundation, formerly known as the Jacob Engle Foundation,
as an irrevocable charitable gift.
We hereby irrevocably and completely disclaim and refuse to accept any and all rights,
title and interests that we are entitled to receive with regard to a twelve percent (12 'Yo) interest of
the Principal of the Trust as calculated by the Trustee as of Mav 11, 2005, thereby implementing
the provisions of Section 1.8 of the Trust to transfer said funds to the Brethren in Christ
Foundation, the charitable remainder beneficiary of the Trust.
This document is intended to qualify as a disclaimer under Section 2518 of the Internal
Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and under Chapter 61 of the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code.
