I hereby direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently done after my decease. 2. I hereby direct and authorize my Executor, hereinafter named, to sell all my real estate as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease, and to convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof. The proceeds of said real estate I declare and direct shall be considered and disposed of as personalty hereunder. 3. I bequeath the sum of two hundred fifty (250) dollars to the TRUSTEES OF THE FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF MECHANICSBURG, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. 4. I bequeath the sum of two hundred fifty (250) dollars to the TRUSTEES OF THE DOUBLING GAP CHURCH OF GOD, Newville, Pennsylvania. 5.
