GRACE V. BREHM
I, GRACE V. BREHM, (maiden name, NUNEMAKER), of 252 W. Willow Street,
carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all previous Wills and Codicils
made by me. I am a widow.
FIRST
I direct the payment from my estate of my debts and the expenses of
my last illness and funeral as soon after my death as conveniently may be
done. I authorize my personal representative to cause title to or
ownership of my cemetery lot at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens,
Carlisle, PA 17013, to be vested in such person as my personal
representative shall designate, and I also authorize my personal
representative to purchase a contract for the perpetual care of said lot.
SECOND
I direct that any and all inheritance, estate, and transfer taxes
imposed upon my estate passing under my Will or otherwise shall be paid by
my estate.
THIRD
A. I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter, patricia Ann Zug, of
644 N. Harrison Street, Arlington, VA 22205, my good china dishes and
sterling silver flatware,
B. I give, devise, and bequeath to my son, Roy E. Brehm, Jr. of 252
W. Willow Street, Carlisle, PA 17013, his father's handcarved wooden chain.
C. I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter-in-law, Jean L. Brehm
of 252 W. Willow Street, Carlisle, PA 17013, my oval mirror.
FOURTH
I direct the sale of my household contents and personalty and I give,
devise and bequeath the proceeds from the sale of all of my household
contents and personalty to my daughter, Patricia Ann Zug, my daughter-in-

law Shirley Ann Brehm, and daughter-in-law Jean Lorraine Brehm, to be
divided in equal shares among them.
FIFTH
I direct the sale of my real estate and I give, devise and bequeath
the proceeds from the sale of my real estate to my daughter, Patricia Ann
Zug, my daughter-in-law, Shirley Ann Brehm, and my son, Roy E. Brehm, Jr.
to be divided in equal shares among them.
SIXTH
In the event any of the persons named in paragraph 4 and 5 above have
predeceased me, -the share of my predeceased, named heir shall be divided
equally between the surviving parties named in each paragraph.
SEVENTH
I give, devise, and bequeath the balance and residue of my estate of
whatsoever nature, or wheresoever situate, to which I may be legally
entitled to my daughter, Patricia Ann Zug, my daughter-in-law Shirley Ann
Brehm, and my son, Roy E. Brehm, Jr.
EIGHTH
I nominate and appoint my daughter, patricia Ann Zug and my son, Roy
E. Brehm, Jr., as Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament; and in
the event either is unable to serve for any reason, the other may serve in
a single capacity as my personal representative.
NINTH
I authorize my Executors to sell, with or without notice, at
either public or private sale, and to lease any property belonging to my
Estate, subject only to such confirmation of Court as may be required by
law, and to compromise claims.
TENTH
I authorize and empower my Executors to sell, convey, pledge, or
mortgage by proper instrument therefore, for such prices and on such terms
and conditions as said Executors may deem best, any and all real and

personal property which I may leave, without any judicial decree or other
enabling authority.
ELEVENTH
I direct that my personal representative shall not be required
to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any
jurisdiction.
TWELTH
As used in this Will the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender,
and the singular or plural number shall be deemed to include the other
wherever the context so indicates.
THIRTEENTH
Except as otherwise provided in this Will, I have intentionally
omitted to provide herein for any of my heirs living at the date of my
death. During my lifetime, I have made gifts of personal property to my
son, Ralph B. Brehm. Therefore, I have not made further bequests to him in
my will.

I, GRACE V. BREHM, (maiden name, NUNEMAKER), of 252 W. Willow street,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all previous Wills and Codicils
made by me.
I am a widow.
FIRST
I direct the payment from my estate of my debts and the expenses of
my last illness and funeral as soon after my death as conveniently may be
done. I authorize my personal representative to cause title to or
ownership of my cemetery lot at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens,
Carlisle, PA 17013, to be vested in such person as my personal
representative shall designate, and I also authorize my personal
representative to purchase a contract for the perpetual care of said lot.
SECOND
I direct that any and all inheritance, estate, and transfer taxes
imposed upon my estate passing under my Will or otherwise shall be paid by
my estate.
THIRD
A. I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter, Patricia Ann Zug, of

Estate, subject only to such confirmation of Court as may be required by

I authorize and empower my Executors to sell, convey, pledge, or
mortgage by proper instrument therefore, for such prices and on such terms
and conditions as said Executors may deem best, any and all real and

ELEVENTH
I direct that my personal representative shall not be required

wherever the context so indicates.
THIRTEENTH
Except as otherwise provided in this will, I have intentionally
omitted to provide herein for any of my heirs living at the date of my
death. During my lifetime, I have made gifts of personal property to my
son, Ralph B. Brehm. Therefore, I have not made further bequests to him in
