WHEREAS, JASON T. MELHAM and NANETTE V, MELHAM of2l27 Yale Avenue, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with DONNELL Y HOME
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION of 611 Hoot Owl Road, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, for the
erection of a building upon premises COmmonly known as 2127 YALE A XENUE, Borough CAMP HILL,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated ~ db, Jcn1 , recorded at Deed
Book , Page , in the Reeorder's Office for Cumber) nd County, Pennsylvania, as more
specifically deseribed in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attaehed hereto.
NOW, May 26, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the exeeution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purehase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
eon tract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contraetor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

Exhibit "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or piece of land situate in Camp Hill Borough,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as sUrveyed by
William B. Whitlock, Registered Professional Engineer, on September 3, 1954, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south side of Yale A venue (50 feet Wide), said point
being 241.49 feet measured along the south side of Yale Avenue from the west side of South
21" Street (60 feet Wide); thence South 3 degrees 51 minutes East, a distance of 135 feet to a
point; thence South 86 degrees 9 minutes West, a distance of 78 feet to a point; thence North 3
degrees 51 minutes West, a distance of 135 feet to a point on the south side of Yale A venue;
thence North 86 degrees 9 minutes East along the south side of Yale A venue, a distance of 78
feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING, the same as sUrveyed by William B, Whittock,
Registered Professional Engineer on September 3, 1954.
HA VING THEREON ERECTED a one story brick and frame dwelling house known
as 2127 Yale Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
