STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS~..
THIS AGREEMENT made this 3/ day of , 2005, by
and between Chateau Custom Home BUilders, Inc, of CUmberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Henry X. Nguyen and Dai N. Tran, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "An which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #27 Wentworth
Estates, Enola, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, Or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofIand situate in the Township of Hampden,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Claridge
Court and being approximately 520 feet northwest of the intersection of Claridge
Court and Heatherington Way, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly right of way line of Claridge Court
(cul-de-sac) with the line of division between Lot Nos. 26 and 27; extending (1)
thence along Lot No. 26 North 50 degrees 03 minutes 21 seconds West, 287.07 feet;
extending (2) thence along the Southerly line of lands now or formerly of the Spring
HilI Homeowners Association as recorded among the land records of Cumberland
County in Deed Book 213, Page 253, North 89 degrees 28 minutes 02 seconds East,
375.98 feet; extending (3) thence along Lot No. 28 South 21 degrees 34 minutes 04
seconds West, 177.18 feet to the northerly right of way line of Claridge Court;
extending (4) thence along said right of way line by a curve to the left, having a
radius of 80.00 feet, an arc distance of 100.01 feet, and a chord bearing and distance
of South 75 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds West, 93.62 feet to the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 27 as shown on a plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for Phase 1,
Wentworth Estates" dated 11/20/02, last revised 4/11/03, Job Number 1001-846,
prepared by LSC Design, Inc., York, ,P A and recorded in Cumberland County
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 87, Page 50.
