thereto,
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH That Contractor for and in consideration of the awarding to him by
Owner of said contract as aforesaid, 8S wen as-th further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to him paid at or before the
ensealing and delivery aftheeB presents, the re eipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby covenant, promise
and agree that no mechanics' lien or claim or ot ar lien or claim of any kind whatsoever shall be filed against the said
building or buildings or the curtilage or curti! ges appurtenant thereto, by Contractor or by any sub.contractor,
materialmen or laborers for work done or ma flnals furnished under said contract for and about said building or
buildings or any part thereof, or on credit thereo ,and that all sub-contractors. materialmen, and laborers on said work
shaIl look to and hold Contractor personally Jia Ie for al1sub-contracta. materials furnished and work and labor done,
so that there shall not be any legal or lawful cIa m of any kind whatever against Owner for any work done or labor or
materials furnished under said contract for an about the erection, construction and completion of said buildings as
aforetlsid, or under any contracts for extra wor . Or for work supplemental thereto, or otherwise
AND, in order to give the Owner full power a d authority to protect himself and the lot or Iota of ground against any
and all claims filed by the Contractor or anyone cting under or through him or itin violation of the foregoing covenant,
the said Contractor for himself, themselves, ita f, hereby irrevocably authorizes and empowers any Attorney of any
Court of Common Pleas ofthe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to appear for him, them, it. or any of them. in any of the
said Courts of Common Pleas as Attorney far hi . them Or it and in his, their, its. name. mark satisfied of record at the
cost and expense of the Contractor or of any Su -Contractor or Materialman, or Materialmen. any and all claims or
claim,lien or liens, filed by or for the Contractor, r any Sub-Contractor or Materialman, orin his ortheirname against
said building or buildings, lot or Iota of groun or any part thereof and for such act or acts this shall be good and
sufficient warrant and authority, and a referenc to the Court, Term and Number in which and where this Agreement
shall have been filed shall be a sufficient exhib t of the authority herein contained to warrant such action, and the
Contractor for himself, themselves, itaelf, do her by remise, release and quit.claim all rights and all manner of errors,
defects and imperfections whatsoever in enterin such satisfaction or in anywise touching or concerning the same.

Legal Description
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land or parcel of land being situate in
Hampden Township, CUmberland County, PennsYlvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Summit Way
that is located at the Southwestern corner of Lot #53 being the
northwestern Corner of Lot #54; thence, along Lot #53 North 61 degrees
56 minutes 14 seconds East, by a distance of 241.79 feet to a point;
thence, along the western right-of-way of Route 581, South 36 degrees
52 minutes 31 seconds East, by a distance of 107.56 feet to a point;
thence, along Lot #55 South 61 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West, by
a distance of 252.30 feet to a point on the northern right-of-way line
of Summit Way; thence along the northern right-of-way line of Summit
Way North 30 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds West, by a distance of
72.23 feet to a point; thence, along the same on a curve to the left
with a radius of 405.00 feet with an arc length of 37.98 feet having a
chord with a distance of 37.96 feet and a chord bearing North 32
degrees 56 minutes 31 seconds West to a point; the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot #54 on the Plan of Hampden Summit, Phase 1, recorded in Plan
Book 87, page 79.
CONTAINING 26,661 square feet or 0.61 acres of land.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all easements, restrictions,
encumbrances and other matters of record or that which a physical
inspection or survey of the premises would reveal.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which F.A.S.T. Partners, L.P., a PennsYlvania
Limited Partnership by its deed dated June 1, 2005 and recorded in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County granted
and conveyed unto Robert N. Hampton and Lolita A. Hampton, husband
and wife.
