STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Patrick Aaron Taylor and Kimberly Sue Taylor, husband and wife,
of 245 Middle Spring Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257, is the owner of
real estate lying and being situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being known as Newburg Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257,
more fully described in deed dated January 4, 2005, and recorded in Cumberland
County Deed Book 267, Page 637, conveyed to Patrick Aaron Taylor and Kimberly
Sue Taylor by Robert Dale Taylor and Mary Jane Taylor.
AND WHEREAS, Owner intends to construct a residential dwelling on the
aforesaid real estate,

AND WHEREAS, Rine & Rine Builders, Inc., of 19 Independence Drive,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, has entered into
a contract with said Owner for the construction of the said residential dwelling.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by the said contractor, that neither the
undersigned Contractor nor any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the contractor under the contract entered
into between said Contractor and Owner shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said real estate upon
which the contract between the Contractor and Owner is to be performed, or any
part thereof.
This written instrument is made and intended to be filed with the
Prothonotary of Franklin County, Pennsylvania, prior to commencement of the work
upon the ground and in accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly
of Pennsylvania, in such case provided,
IN WITNESS WHERERF, the said Contractor has caused this instrument to
