LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
FRANK W. CROMIS
I, FRANK W. CROMIS, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will
previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my wife, HELEN H. CROMIS, if she survives me.
ITEM II: Should my said wife, HELEN H. CROMIS, not survive me, I
then give, devise and bequeath my entire estate as follows:
A. I hereby give and bequeath unto CARL and BETTY
FENSTERMACHER, or the survivor of them, my automobile and the sum of
One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars.
B. I hereby give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars unto TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania.
C. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, I hereby
give, devise and bequeath to the following persons who are nephews and
nieces of mine and my wife's in equal shares: JAMES E. HUMPHREYS, or
his issue, per stirpes; BARBARA A. HUMPHREYS SIMONIC, or her issue,
per stirpes; ROSEMARY SMARSH LERCH, or her issue, per stirpes; JOSEPH
SMARSH, or his issue, per stirpes; CAROL L. HARTMAN KENNY, per capita;

MARY L. HARTMAN POLLY, per capita; JUDY HARTMAN WALLACE, per capita;
JOANNE CROMIS KIRBY, or her issue, per stirpes; ROBERT CROMIS, or his

and JANICE CROMIS, or her issue, per stirpes.
ITEM III: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
HELEN H. CROMIS, Executrix of this my last will. Should my wife,
HELEN H. CROMIS, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I
nominate, constitute and appoint PNC BANK, N.A., Executor of this my
last will.
ITEM IV: No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter security for the faithful performance of his duties in
any jurisdiction.

I, FRANK W. CROMIS, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will
previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my wife, HELEN H. CROMIS, if she survives me.
ITEM II: Should my said wife, HELEN H. CROMIS, not survive me, I
then give, devise and bequeath my entire estate as follows:
A. I hereby give and bequeath unto CARL and BETTY
FENSTERMACHER, or the survivor of them, my automobile and the sum of
One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars.
B. I hereby give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars unto TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania.
C. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, I hereby
give, devise and bequeath to the following persons who are nephews and
nieces of mine and my wife's in equal shares: JAMES E. HUMPHREYS, or
his issue, per stirpes; BARBARA A. HUMPHREYS SIMONIC, or her issue,
per stirpes; ROSEMARY SMARSH LERCH, or her issue, per stirpes; JOSEPH
