corporate eamings. Our optimism for a continuation of Ii,':
emerging trend in economic activity is supported by the ;:~sitive
effects of the decline in interest rates over the past year,
the drop in energy prices, low leIlel of inventories,
fiscal stimulus, and the rapid and effective anti-terrorist
efforts reducing the risk to recovery.
We see modest upside to both stocks and bonds relatit'e to cash
over the next 12 months prompting the reinvestment of 011 i' 10%
cash position back to our baseline weightings. Our current
allocation reflects a preference for growth, smaller
capitalization, and domestic stocks.

Our records indicate your Blue Cross and Blue Shield coverage through the
Federal Employee Program was canelled on July 30, 2001. Based on this
information, the claims for August 31, September 20 and September 24,
2001 should not have been reimbursed by Pennsylvania Blue Shield.
Even though the payment was made to your health care providers, we look
to you for reimbursement since the absense of this coverage would have
