LAST~LLANDTESTAMENT
a=
MARCELLA E. PAGE
I, Marcella E. Page, of the Borough of Carlisle, (770 South Hanover Street) I
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore
made.
FIRST
I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
death as may be convenient.
I direct that all federal and Pennsylvania estate taxes, Pennsylvania inheritance
taxes, and generation-skipping transfer tax payable as a result of my death, not limited
to taxes attributable to property passing under this Will, shall be paid by my Executor
from my residuary estate, including any part of my residuary estate that otherwise
qualifies for a deduction for federal estate tax purposes, however, no federal or
Pennsylvania estate tax, Pennsylvania inheritance tax, or generation-skipping transfer
tax shall be payable from or chargeable to any property that passes to my surviving
spouse, whether under this Will or otherwise, and that qualifies for the federal estate
tax marital deduction. I direct my Executor not to seek reimbursement for any tax so
paid from any beneficiary under this Will, heir of mine, or other transferee of property
included in my gross estate.
SECOND
I declare that I am now the widow of Clifford Page. We had no children together
however we each had children by prior marriages. I had two children by my prior
marriage, to wit: a daughter Sandra Lee Hipple, now by marriage Sandra Lee
Norcross, and a son Stanley Hipple. My son, Stanley Hipple, is now deceased. I
continue to consider my son's widow, Faye Arlene Hipple, to be my daughter-in-law
following my son's untimely death.
THIRD
I make the following specific bequests:
A I give and bequeath all my pearl necklaces, to my daughter Sandra Lee
Norcross, or her heirs per stirpes and not per capita.
B. I give and bequeath my dining room suite to my daughter-in-law Faye
Arlene Hipple, or her heirs per stirpes and not per capita.
FOURTH
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath, in two equal
shares as follows:
(A) The first share I give, devise and bequeath, by further dividing it into two

equal shares, and then giving them, per stirpes and not per capita, as follows:
(i) One such further divided share to my daughter, Sandra Lee Norcross,
provided the said Sandra Lee Norcross shall survive me by ninety (90) days, but
should she fail to so survive me then the share she would have received shall pass to
such of her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes, and
if there be no such issue the same shall lapse and be added to the remaining share
or shares within this paragraph 4(A) of this my Last Will and Testament.
(ii) The other such further divided share I divide further again into five
equal shares, as follows:
(1) One such further again divided share to my daughter-in-law Faye
Arlene Hipple, provided the said Faye Arlene Hipple shall survive
me by ninety (90) days. In the event that the said Faye Arlene
Hipple should fail to survive me by ninety (90) days then her
further again divided share shall lapse and be distributed
pursuant to paragraph 4(A)(ii)(2) of this my Last Will and
Testament.
(2) The remaining four (4) such further again divided shares I give,
one each, to each of the four (4) children of my deceased son,
Stanley Hipple, per stirpes and not per capita, provided in each
instance the child shall survive me by ninety (90) days, and
provided further, however that in the event that any of such four
(4) children of my deceased son, Stanley Hipple is under age
twenty-three (23) at the time of my death, then the share due that
child shall instead pass to my hereinafter named Trustee, to
hold said share in trust for said child under the age of twenty-
three (23) and to be held, administered, and distributed by the
Trustee as provided in paragraphs five and six of this my Last
Will and Testament. In the event that any of the four (4) children
of my deceased son, Stanley Hipple should fail to survive me by
ninety (90) days then that further divided share shall pass to
such of his or her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety
(90) days, per stirpes, and if there be no such issue the same
shall lapse and be added to the remaining further again divided
shares within this paragraph 4(A)(ii)(2) of this my Last Will and
Testament.
(3) In the event that none of the said Faye Arlene Hipple or any of the
four (4) children of my deceased son, Stanley Hipple, should fail
to survive me by ninety (90) days, and no issue of the said four
(4) children of my deceased son, Stanley Hipple, should survive
me, then the further divided share described in this paragraph
4(A)(ii) shall lapse and be added to the remaining share or
shares within this paragraph 4(A) of this my Last Will and
Testament.
(8) The second share I give, devise and bequeath, in equal shares, per stirpes
and not per capita, one each unto my stepson, Raymond Stanley Page, my
stepdaughter, Joan Page Silver, and my stepson Don Drew provided they survive me
by ninety (90) days, but should any of them fail to so survive me then the share such
stepchild would have received shall pass to such of his or her issue as shall survive
me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes, and if there be no such issue the same
shall lapse and be added to the remaining share or shares within this paragraph 4(8)
of this my Last Will and Testament.
(C) In the event that no one in either paragraph 4(A) or paragraph 4(8) should
survive me by a period of ninety (90) days then the one-half share to be distributed

pursuant to that paragraph, either paragraph 4(A) or paragraph 4(B), shall lapse and
be added to the other one-half share provided in this paragraph 4 of this my Last Will
and Testament.
FIFTH
(A) Trustee Named. The amounts payable to the Trustee for any of the four
(4) children of my deceased son, Stanley Hipple who is under age twenty-three (23) at
the time of my death pursuant to paragraph 4(A)(ii)(2) of this Will shall be paid to
Thomas R. Klinger and Pixie Klinger, of 6641 Jefferson Street, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, or the successor or survivor of them, to hold pursuant to paragraphs
five (5) and six (6) of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event of the death,
resignation or inability to act for any reason of one of the said Thomas R. Klinger and
Pixie Klinger, the successor or survivor of them alone shall serve as Trustee. In the
event of the death, resignation or inability to act for any reason of both of the said
Thomas R. Klinger and Pixie Klinger, a successor Trustee shall be appointed by the
Court of the jurisdiction in which my Last Will and Testament was probated.
(B) Payment of Income and principal. The Trustee shall pay to or apply for the
benefit of any said beneficiary, during his or her lifetime, all of the net income of the
Trust in monthly or in other convenient installments, but in no event less often than
annually. The Trustee may, in his sole discretion, payout and apply all or a portion of
the principal of a beneficiary's trust for any educational or medical need of the
beneficiary.
(C) Division of Trust Estate. Upon any such beneficiary attaining the age of
twenty-three (23) the Trustee shall pay over to the beneficiary all remaining and
undistributed principal and income of such beneficiary's trust. It is my intention by this
paragraph to establish a separate trust account for each such beneficiary who is less
than 23 years of age. In the event that any such beneficiary should die before attaining
the age of twenty-three (23) years, all remaining and undistributed principal and
income of such beneficiary's trust shall be distributed pursuant to paragraph
4(A)(ii)(2) of this my Last Will and Testament.
(D) Consideration of Beneficiaries' Other Means. The Trustee, in exercising
discretionary authority with respect to the payment of trust income or principal to any
such beneficiary, shall take into consideration any income or other resources
available to such beneficiary from sources outside of this trust that may be known to
the Trustee. The Trustee shall not require that any such beneficiary exhaust any other
resources prior to a receipt of income, and mayor may not, in his sole discretion,
require that any such beneficiary exhaust any other resources prior to a receipt of
principal. The determination of the Trustee with respect to the advisability of making
payments out of the principal to any beneficiary shall be conclusive on all persons
interested in the trust.
(E) Incapacity of Beneficiary. If at any time any beneficiary entitled to receive
income or principal from the trust is a minor or an incompetent or a person whom the
Trustee deems unable to handle funds properly or wisely if paid directly to the
beneficiary, the Trustee in the Trustee's discretion may make payments in anyone or
more of the following ways:
(i) Directly to the beneficiary.
(ii) To the natural guardian or legally appointed guardian or conservator of the
person or estate of the beneficiary.
(iii) By making expenditures directly for the care, support, maintenance, or
education of the beneficiary.

(iv) To any person or organization furnishing care, support, maintenance, or
education for the beneficiary.
The Trustee shall not be required to see the application of any funds paid or
applied in any of the above-mentioned ways, and the receipt of the payee shall be full
acquittance to the Trustee. The decision of the Trustee as to which of the methods
should be used in making payments shall be conclusive and binding on all parties
concerned.
(F) Undistributed Payments. On the termination of any interest in this trust, all
undistributed income in the hands of the Trustee shall be paid to the person or
persons next entitled to income by the terms of this Will.
(G) Alienation or Encumbrance. No beneficiary or remainder beneficiary of
any Trust shall have any right or power, except as otherwise specified, to sell, transfer,
assign, pledge, mortgage, alienate, or hypothecate his or her interest in the principal
or income of the trust estate in any manner whatsoever. To the fullest extent of the
law, the interest of each and every beneficiary and remainder beneficiary shall not be
subject to the claims of any of his or her creditors or liable to attachment, execution,
bankruptcy proceedings, or any other legal process. The Trustee shall pay, disburse,
and distribute principal and income of the trust estate only in the manner provided for
in this Will and not on any attempted transfer or assignment, whether oral or written, of
any beneficiary or remainder beneficiary nor by operation of law.
(H) Distribution of Trust Assets by Executor. If on termination of the
administration of my probate estate, there has been no distribution in trust to the
Trustee and events have occurred that would require the Trustee under the terms of
this Will to make immediate distribution of all the property, my Executor shall perform
all of the acts necessary to complete the distribution and for that purpose shall have
all the powers granted by this Will to the Trustee.
SIXTH
In order to carry out the purposes of any Trust established by this Will, the
Trustee, in addition to all other powers and discretions granted by this Will or by law,
shall have the following powers and discretions, subject to any limitations specified
elsewhere in this Will:
(A) Retain Assets. To continue to hold any and all property received by

accounts.
(C) Management of Securities. To exercise, respecting securities held

limited to, the power to vote, give proxies, and to pay assessments and other sums

voting trusts, pooling agreements, foreclosures, reorganizations, consolidations,
mergers, and liquidations, and in connection therewith to deposit securities with and
transfer title to any protective or other committee under such terms as the Trustee may
deem advisable; to exercise or sell stock subscription or conversion rights; and to
