Waiver of Liens
Whereas, Creek View Homes, entered into a contract with Garrett A. Decker and Karen S.
Decker of 3606 Dutch Cemetary Road, MarysvilIe, P A 17053, to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for construction of a residential structure upon a lot of ground located at 306 Shatto Drive,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of
the said contract and for the said consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any
sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished
to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with
the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
in such case provided.
In Witness Whereof, the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seals this 7th day of
June, 2005.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of unimproved land situatv in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with Final Subdivision Plan of Kendor Summit as last revised on
January 23, 1987, prepared by Gerritt J. Betz Associates, Inc., consisting of two
pages, copies of which were recorded on April 10, 1987, in the hereinafter
named Recorder's OffIce in Plan Book 52, Page 111, and are Incorporated
herein by reference as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwestern line of 60 feet wlde Shatto Drive at
the dividing line between Lots No,. 15 and 16; thence 910ng said western line of
60 feet wide Shatto Drive. South 60 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds West a
distance of 27.18 (erroneously 7'.18) feet to a point; thence still slono said
western line of 60 feet wkIe Shatto Drive by III curve to the left having a radius of
330 feet an arc distance of 126.49 feet to a point at the dividing line between lots
Nos. 14 and 15; thence along said dividing line between said Lots Nos, 14 and
15, North 51 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 265.00 feet to a
point at comer W1I1I1lIJII to Lots Nos. 12, 14, 15, and 18; thence along the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 15 and 18 and continuing along the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 16 and 17, North 30 degrees 01 mlnutos10 seconds Eest a
distance of 134.30 feet to a point at the dividing line between lots Nos. 15 and
16; thence along said dividing line between said IotA Nos. 15 and 16, South 54
degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 320,00 feet to a point on the
western line of 60 feet wide Shatto Drive at the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 15 as shown on said Final Subdivision Plan of Kendor
Summit recorded as aforesaid, and containing an area of 40,246 square feet,
more or less.
