WHEREAS, First Presbyterian Church, 2A North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
McCoy Brothers, Inc., of 1514 Commerce Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, for the Sanctuary and Choir Room New Roof Installation, 2A North
Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said First Presbyterian Church to the said
McCoy Brothers, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with First Presbyterian
Church and the further consideration of One Dollar, to be paid by First Presbyterian
Church, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor for the new roof installation, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
