Co., Inc.'s Amended Motion To Quash Subpoenas and To Cancel Hearing, it is ordered and
directed as follows:
1. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., is directed to comply with the subpoenas in question
within 10 days of the date of this order to the extent that they request that copies of account
documents material to this matter be supplied to Marilyn Gerber.
2. The order of court dated May 18, 2005, is vacated to the extent that it is inconsistent
herewith.
3. The hearing in this court scheduled for June 16,2005, is cancelled, as it relates to the
