Erie Insurance Group is a corporation authorized to provide insurance in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with an address of service of 4901 Louise Drive, Rossmoyne Business Center, P.O. Box 2013, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. 2. Scott Pauchnik is an adult individual with an address of 660-3 Geneva Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055. 3. Defendant Joey Palumbo is an adult individual with an address of 660-4 Geneva Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055. 4. Defendant Nichole Jenks is an adult individual with an address of660-4 Geneva Drive, Mechnicsburg, PA 17055. . 5. On December 10,2003, a fire occurred in the apartment of Joey Palumbo and Nichole Jenks at Apt. No.4, 660 Geneva Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A causing fire damage to the apartment being occupied at the time by Scott Pauchnik at 660-3 Geneva Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A. 6. Mr. Pauchnik sustained property damage in the amount of $20,586.84. 7. The fire was due in no part to the action or inaction of Scott Pauchnik. 8. The fire was caused by either Christmas tree lights wrapped in a blanket or an unattended lit candle in the apartment occupied by Joey Palumbo and Nicho1e Jenks. 9. The fire was due to the negligence of Nichole Jenks and Joey Palumbo in wrapping Christmas tree lights in a blanket or leaving a lit candle unattended. 10. Demand has been made upon the Defendants for the above-referenced amount of $20,586.84 to no avail. II. The amount in question does not exceed the local arbitration limit.
