Plaintiff, Union Planters Bank, National Association, is a corporation with a servicing agent of Regions Mortgage with an office at 215 Forrest Street, Post Office Box 18001, Hattiesburg, MS 39404-8001. 2. Defendant, Edward R. Walters, is an adult individual residing at 565 Mt. Rock Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241 and/or 3415 Enola Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. Defendant, Michelle Yana, is an adult individual residing at 297 Mulberry Street, Highspire, Pennsylvania 17034. 3. On or about August 16, 2000, Defendants executed and delivered a Note, payable to Union Planters Bank, National Association, in the amount of $35,000.00, a copy of said Note attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". 5. The Plaintiff has not assigned the Note and is the holder thereof. 6. The Defendants defaulted with regard to the Note and related loan documents in that the Defendant failed to pay when due the monthly installments from November 1, 2001, to date. 9.
